MEGAMALL @ BATAM HABOURFRONT CENTRE

Ta da...!

MEGAMALL

Simply head to this link bridge at habourfront ferry terminal level 2 to head to MEGAMALL

It's very convenient and fully sheltered!

I will always visit A&W for my waffle topped with Ice Cream. It is located at level 1 near the taxi stand entrance.

You'll be able to see it when you look down from the link bridge.

Definitely will not miss it.

Just so happen that they're launching this new flavour, PEACH!

Decided to give it a try! Taste good cause I'm a peach lover. The sauce blends in well.

Our next move is childhood game @ Timezone.

Located at last level. Never miss out basketball game. Cost about SGD $0.50 per game.

Super worth it.

Moving on to movie!

It is nearby the time zone.

Last but not least "makan" (eat) time!

And you can enjoy free WiFi here but you gotta request the password from the crew.

WHAT DO I DO FOR MY SHORT WEEKEND GETAWAY IN BATAM

All time favourite @ Batam City Square (BCS) 


There is a cinema where you can catch late night movie at about SGD $4-5.



There is a newly open llaollao

Price wise is only cheaper by a dollar SGD. Haha.

There are varieties of restaurants so meal is never a problem here just a matter of your taste buds. :)

Vegetarians don't worry! There are quite a few vegetarian stalls in this mall and they taste real awesome!

Never forget to shop your way through the JC Supermarket. Things here are relatively cheap that you can't stop buying. Tidbits, groceries, toiletries, etc.

For instant, ladies you can consider replenishing your makeup products here for those commonly used brands sold in Watson & Guardian.

Last but not least, MASSAGE over & over again.

I used to visit this shop but I find that their service standard has dropped over time. I would suggest you to visit the one right beside Batam City Hotel ..

Although it is slightly more pricey but you get to really enjoy throughout and relax your mind.

Thumbs up for a little more expensive yet exclusive experience.

CRAVING FOR VIETNAMESE CUISINE

Kinda miss Vietnamese food upon returning to Singapore.

Passed by Pho Street @ Westgate and decided to give it a try.

We ordered the dry and soup to try out. 

I really love the dry noodle. It is very appetizing as the sauce has a sweet sour taste together with the tender soft chicken breast bits. 

It's never enough!

Its quite a big bowl, very filling.

I find that the soup base is too bland so it didn't taste well as compared to having it locally.
